3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ji77. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
3.2 You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. ji77 is entitled to verify all information provided.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji77 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. ji77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 You must notify ji77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.5 ji77 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — including a copy of your CNIC and a selfie — before processing withdrawal requests. KYC is a mandatory identity and age verification process.
4.1 All transactions on ji77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). ji77 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20.
4.2 The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 500. Minimum and maximum limits for other payment methods are specified within the ji77 Cashier section.
4.3 Deposits are credited to your ji77 account balance upon confirmed receipt. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash, Easypaisa) generally reflect instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard bank processing times.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. ji77 targets same-business-day processing for verified accounts. Processing times may vary based on the payment provider.
4.5 ji77 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
4.6 Funds deposited into your ji77 account are held solely for gaming and betting purposes. ji77 accounts do not accrue interest. ji77 is not a bank or financial institution.
4.7 ji77 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 All bets and gaming activity on ji77 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as published within the Platform. In cases of conflict, game-specific rules take precedence.
5.2 ji77 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, bets placed at erroneous odds, or bets affected by technical failures. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
5.3 Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless ji77 provides an explicit "cash out" feature on the relevant market.

6.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of any bonus amounts and potential account suspension.
6.5 Only one bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

8.1 ji77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
8.2 Upon termination for cause, ji77 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining balances will be returned to the user via their registered payment method.
8.3 Users may request account closure by contacting ji77 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any remaining PKR balance at the time of closure will be returned subject to KYC verification and withdrawal policy.
9.1 ji77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion for users who require them.
9.2 If you believe your gaming is causing personal or financial harm, you are encouraged to use ji77's self-exclusion feature. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to deposit or place bets.
9.3 ji77 recommends that users only gamble with funds they can afford to lose as entertainment expenditure. Never borrow money to fund gaming activity.

10.1 All content on the ji77 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game assets, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of ji77 or its licensed providers.
10.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ji77 content without prior written authorisation.
10.3 Game content is licensed from third-party providers and subject to their respective intellectual property rights.
11.1 ji77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji77 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain credential security; (c) interruptions to service caused by technical failures, third-party providers, or events outside ji77's reasonable control.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ji77's negligence.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the applicable legal framework governing the Platform's operation.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice if required.
13.1 ji77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
